I'm not sure how many people will have done this raid before, nor how many changes have been made to the raid compared to the TSW version, but there are plenty of mechanics to learn and a few niche roles. I'm sure there are various guides out there but tbh some of my favorite nights raiding have been going into raids with groups where no-one has a clue about any of the tactics - and just worked them out for ourselves (with many a wipe). There is also some info in the archives section of the forum for those interested, but I thought I would just repost the most appropriate info here....

I have some contributions:

DO, try to have fun. While many of us like to push ourselves, and enjoy discussing optimal builds and strategies, you don't have to do that to participate and enjoy the raids, or to get successful kills.

DO try new roles. If you want to try something new, just ask. The raid team makeup might not make it possible to get you training runs every time out until you get it, but all of the raid leaders do our best to make sure we have people who can fill multiple roles,

DON'T be afraid to fail. Trying a new role and you die a bunch of times? That's OK! It happens to all of us, no one is going to get angry or yell at you. And if someone does, tell a leader right away. That's not behavior we tolerate.
