Just a note for the first time raiders - you need to get the mission from the mission dispenser in Agartha first (I can't remember what the device is called) and then go to New York to talk to Dave Screed in the laundromat, otherwise you 'will not meet the requirements' of the mission. You can do this just before the raid is about to start and you will never need to do it again for subsequent raids.
