SWL Downtime 7th March

The SWL servers are coming down for an update Wednesday, March 7th at 9:00 AM EST / 14:00 GMT / 15:00 CET. The downtime is estimated to last two (2) hours.

This patch will address an issue causing Agents to occasionally not gain XP when completing a mission, and may help some users experiencing frequent client crashes when attempting to open the UI.

Can't help but laugh at some of the language. "Occasionally" = "More than half the time for me". "May" - well, they've said it was very difficult to reproduce the bug on their machines. Is there a Testlive server for SWL? I feel that if this had gone through Testlive it would've been exposed to a wide enough variety of equipment to be noticed before it was rolled out.

I don't mean to undermine your report but since the bug NEVER occured to me I aggree when they use "Occasionnally".
If it's 50% bugged for you and 0% for me, then that is "Occasionally".

I hope they fix it for all of us so we can direct our frustration at the drop rates

And get that font changed! Or bigger! Can't read the damn agent window...

Yeah I never crashed because of that and lately I haven't crashed for any reason so they've certainly improved something on their end. Of course I realize that it must be very frustrating for those that it does happen to, so I hope this patch fixes things for you.

XP bug has been fixed for me but not the crash. Wish they could restore the several levels' worth of lost XP over the last week but don't see any way that they could.

When I logged in today I had my first crash instantly.....
