I haven't logged in yet, but I think it's the house in Savage Coast where the Phoenicians are. You have to go down in the basement and avoid the lasers and explosions to get where you are at.

Feels like Agartha so I was about to say Axel's, but I don't think they have a floor like that. So I checked the floor below and it turns out that looks a lot like the dance floor there. Guessing that light in the corner comes from one of the spotlights and the girl didn't like the way you danced. Her loss.
