The servers will come down for a Hotfix on October 25, at 15:00 GMT/ 11:00 AM EDT. The downtime is estimated to take 2 hours.
This should resolve the outstanding issue with The Broadcast and re-enable the mission & legends.

I don't know if this is the right place to write this however, the quest "The Broadcast" disappeared for me after the update. I can still do it when it is shared with me and I have confirmed that others are able to take and complete it just fine. I wrote to a GM about this and currently waiting for a response. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this.
