You are in the Carpathian Fangs still, in the house where there is the woman and the man - think you can get a mission from one of them. And there are vampires outside. Does the house have a name? To the west of Pricolesti.

Sounds like you know where I am. And it's a morninglight building. Didn't recognize the curtains? Cabin with Rada Nastase and Adrian. Also where the castle mission starts I believe. Fun fact I learned from a friend, the radio in there is playing Dreamfall music. Or so she said when we got there in TSW.
