Here's my Christmas goodies that I made for my sister's, Rochelle, office. She told me she got a call from the floor above her's, which was management. They heard some of her clerks talking about the eggnog tart-lets in the halls. They had one of they assistants call Rochelle to see if there was any left and to grab a handful (which was all that was left). Rochelle didn't think that the assistant bothered with the elevator, 'cause two minutes later she was there scooping up the tart-lets! The white cookies are Russian Tea Cakes or Snowballs.

It had a smooth vanilla and whiped cream flavor. The rum didn't show through.

I also had to try the rum separately as a second shot on the side. (for scientific comparison purposes)
Alone, the Flor de Canna 7 year rum was dark, and had a whiskey barrel flavor. A little on the 'hot' side.
