We came across the answer during our Kaidan event today. it's some weird entrance roughly opposite the bath house in Kaidan.

Isn't this the water purification station (huge gray building) in the Besieged Farmlands?
If it's taking damage, heal it. If it's not, heal it all the same -- it might soon take damage.

I think it's a power station as the water treatment facility is in Shadowy Forest but yeah, you got it. I thought this would last more than 24 hours, oh well. Your turn.
