RP event / question about RP

I was browsing the Steam discussion and noticed a recent one re: RP events, and the lack of them. A few people were keen, but nothing seems to be happening.

I don't do RP myself, but do we have any active players in 9S into RP? If so, I wondered whether it would be worth doing something like a simple, 1 hour scheduled gathering open to all RP folks in the game?

If there are a bunch [albeit a small bunch] interested, maybe all it would take would be a time and day widely publicised...no other organisation necessary.

Could be good for recruitment, too.

Any thoughts?

I love RP and I had a heck of a good time at the two RP events we held around Megaversary. If it happens when I'm not stuck at work, I'd show up for a thing like this.

As far as advertising it, there'd be a lot of options in Discord if we want to reach out beyond the forums and the cabal. I know of four active servers, SWLRP, Happy Tentacle Radio, Quantum State Radio and Perfect Fool.

...I dunno if I've got the extroversion or the mental bandwidth to lead something like this myself though, I'm mostly expressing interest in joining rather than leading, here. XD

I would say the best way to find active RPers in the game is the live DJ shows on Happy Tentacle Radio and Quantum State Radio, and check the SWL discord channel and SWLRP website for any upcoming events.

IRL has been too busy for me personally to even play the game a lot, so I dont know very well how active the current RP-scene in the game is.
