Bad news, the patcher is verifying my resource database right now and 46 GB is a lot to get through.
Really wish reinstalling Windows had fixed my problems, which had nothing to do with TSW, though it seems that now TSW is caught up in it too. It ran fine two hours ago, I swear! But then I finished installing anti-virus.
The cure is worse than the disease.
