Oh, it's recently been reinstated as legal in many places! I had the opportunity of trying some less common liquors but back then, absinthe was still illegal. Thanks for this link!

I'm definatly certain that the real 75% abstinthe is legal in the states cause i had some at a party nd ended up in bed with a REALLY ugly girl. thank god i cant remember the details.
