I went to New York to clean up the filth there (isn't this dedication to cleanliness)... or rather hide it beneath a protective layer of colour, called graffiti by those unaware of its use.

Frac - is that inside the raid?

Cleaned up in New York (Raid) should be in the raid instance.

Katelin, this is indeed inside the raid: right after going through the metro booths, to the left. This is a spot that does not exist outside the raid instance, so it cannot be faked.
If it's taking damage, heal it. If it's not, heal it all the same -- it might soon take damage.
