First place I thought of was Callisto's cave, but those looked very different (although it has the same book designs), then I moved south into the library surrounded by deathless which looked very similar to the picture but not quite right. Even went on my templar after that and checked out the templar library (which didn't match at all). This one gave me more trouble than I thought it would.

Since I've been trying to jump up there to see over the roof and walls I recognize that as the back of the warehouse with the Agartha portal in New Dawn.
