I have been in Facility only once so far, that was my 4th Nightmare actually. I was feeling pretty much useless back then as healer though. But I love the dungeon itself for its original fights and atmosphere. Its usually done with 4 dps and healtank or in the first fight also 5 dps. I would like to get some people to do this dungeon regularly. Maybe every two or three days at least. I think its good to have at least someone with us who has beaten the dungeon before and knows it well. While I have also beaten it before in a fashion, its more like it was beaten for me . Attempting this dungeon with PUGs is most likely dommed to fail since it requires a lot of coordination. But besides that I would also like to experiment and find out which strategy works best. So basically I am looking for a few other people who would like to give it a try. Personally I would rather plan an incremental approach and by no means try the whole dungeon at once as this will most likely be utterly expensive and frustrating. Instead we could start with the first four, which dont really are that different from Elite, in contrast to the last two fights (5 & 6), which seem much harder...
The main difference to Elite for the first four is that you get buffed to 50k by anima machines and I am not sure if that counts for all of them but in some fights you also get a combat power buff just like in Darkness War 6. This makes the fights really strategic and interesting, as each working anima machine is your "safe spot". And of course the bosses, except the first one, are also harder through added new mechanics. The first one is actually easier than in Elite, and thus one quick Black Bullion ^^.
Unfortunately, Facility has some higher gear requirements. It says that 600 Hit +Fever Pitch are sufficient, but 800+ is basically the hard cap. The problem here is that two bosses retaliate glances with 1000 damage and with fever Pitch you dont have 0% glance... I would provide myself as healtank and dps or also healer if needed. It would be advantageous to have at least one more who can fill a role other than dps, just in case healing is not sufficent, for instance. Also Rocket Jump is more than nice to have in this dungeon .
The dungeon is more or less a dps check, yes. But if you have 10.1/10.2 drop gear and a good build you should be fine.

Been to a few, and here are some of mine personal tip.
DPS should all have 800+ hit imo, as Fever Pitch is not always reliable. HP pot will help as well.
Rocket Jump is a must for boss 2, 5 and 6
Boss 1-4 is pretty easy.
Boss 5 is always a pain, as a lot of stuff just causes wipe. If you are lucky, its a quick fight, otherwise its a wipe fest that will blow your brains out.
Boss 6 is very cool fight, but you PC need to be very good, as the filth can make low end PC lag to death. I have done it with 1 dps with FaW burn the ball and keep it at 1 hp, so it doesn't move at all while tank stay on the boss, and where tank kite the ball and have a melee dps apply expose on the boss. Personally I like the burning ball method better.

When I did Facility MP, I forgot to put in rocket jump and still had timber - still completed it.
If I did it again, think would take Giddy Up instead.

I'm actually working on a Healtank build myself, farming the BB's needed for it.

@Claretta: I can't live without RocketJump ^^. Everytime its not in, I die, because when I need to get out somewhere quick, I push my big red button and nothing happens.
@Kiss: I am also working on a healtank lol. I still need to upgrade three talismans from zero to hero ^^. But I would also do dps, as I am also upgrading this one...

No "yesterday" was monday... We played the lair when you were "working" at home . So I mean you could manage to be online at 2:00am for me. Like with your "Experienced Nightmares". I mean its not the best time for me lol, but for a higher Nightmare I would do that if its not every day, since I am usually online until 2am anyway.

I hate Fac. But yeah boss 5 and 6 are pretty much RJ required. On 5 you can just run across a couple of times but after a few of the spawn get going and there is filth and they are doing attacks RJ is a must or you're not gonna make it in time.
On boss 6 the lag is just so bad most of the time that RJ is required to make it through the filth and to the other nodes. RJ is not required for boss 2.
You do not need 800 hit though. On my geared alt I have 650 hit and a signet of the kingdom. Last time I ran it I had 1% glance. A health anima should be enough to let the healer get you up to full health if you glance. You might need to slow DPS if you glance and the healer falls behind though. Not a huge deal. A glance does about 1k of damage. So if you glance, you stop DPS, the healer gets you up and you resume.

I did Facility NM MP toady again as dps... So as dps its really easy, but our healtank worked his ass off xD. I dont really like the Red Hand outfit though :O.
