@Claretta: Well for Fist heal I could plugin my 10.4 tank heal items with block rating. If that helps, but the heal talismans are still just drops... I think it would still take a while to get anything near 10.4, except the tank which is mostly there. So maybe you can think of me next time you train a new tank ^^. And for fist heal I usually have 5k HP anyway, usually with tank HP items...

Yep, that's fine.

2 hours is probably the limit anyway. Honestly if it's not down in an hour may as well call it, since it is incredibly rare for the boss to go down after that due to people losing focus.
