I will start inviting people ten minutes before time. The aim this week is to ~start~ at 18:00, not form up then start at 18:30. As the raid leader I'm responsible for ensuring that is the case, so I will be inviting early to ensure that.
If the boss is not down after an hour there will be a 15 minute break followed by 3 more tries. Then that will be it.
For loot, if you got a criterion (or 2), put them on weapons first. For astral fuses, they work best on head or major talismans with full hit or full penetration.

If you find yourself forced to mercilessly slaughter your teammates because they become infected with some rare mutation, keep in mind that you are only doing your job -
They would do the same for you.
Biggest issue is organisation during phase 2. Solved by fist healer standing next to a tank.
Next biggest issue is DPS just staying alive. By the time the lurker was nearly dead, a fair few of our ranged DPS were out, meaning our melee had to deal with adds (Though I should have too, which was my mistake there).
There is a safe zone from final resort right next to the lurker in the filth. You can continue to dps the lurker if you move into the filth while drinking a leech potion to healtank it during the resort cast. This improves the chances of passing Final Resort immensely because you don't lose any DPS time.
What an incredible day... First time in the NY raid (safe for that one chaotic PUG months ago), and we made it! Did not expect that at all, and it was not perfect, no. Still, we succeeded. As Cabal, as team. Marvelous!
