The Board of Directors meetings in AO were always quite good. Our RP leader and Ura would generally be the ones to attend.. and over each month we would run a mini event that was basically to be used as something to report on at the next council meeting - like species count, armour testing, scouting areas, researching something.. This would be made into a PDF, and then presented to the others attending.
