Re: はま寿司
is that BACON sushi?!?!
If you find yourself forced to mercilessly slaughter your teammates because they become infected with some rare mutation, keep in mind that you are only doing your job -
They would do the same for you.

Re: はま寿司
I think I can do the tempura, and maybe the shrimp. The salmon, uh, no. And no on the tuna also.
For someone that likes the idea of sushi, I'm not fond of it. I'll stick with tempura (breaded and fried) and ton katsu (breaded and fried pork cutlets).

Re: はま寿司
Not that I want to argue about meat colours, but it looks more like pork from a pig, than beef from a cow Hope it was yummy.

Re: はま寿司
I've got a friend that made some roast beef in a thermal insulated cooler.
Heat water up just to the needed temperature.
Place beef in freezer bag under the water.
Keep water at required temp for 6+ hours.
Apparently it can't overcook. Turns out an odd shade of pink like the above pic.
Optional: To get the proper 'steak'/'roasted' look, use a baker's torch on the edges just to give the browned color.
Tastes fantastic! Melt in your mouth tender! VERY juicy as the juices stay in the bag with the steak.
Just be sure everything is the right temperature for at least the right length of time, as you don't want to 'under' cook it.
