It's the Sushi at my home town and it's very delicious

I think I can do the tempura, and maybe the shrimp. The salmon, uh, no. And no on the tuna also.

For someone that likes the idea of sushi, I'm not fond of it. I'll stick with tempura (breaded and fried) and ton katsu (breaded and fried pork cutlets).

Not that I want to argue about meat colours, but it looks more like pork from a pig, than beef from a cow :) Hope it was yummy.

I've got a friend that made some roast beef in a thermal insulated cooler.
Heat water up just to the needed temperature.
Place beef in freezer bag under the water.
Keep water at required temp for 6+ hours.

Apparently it can't overcook. Turns out an odd shade of pink like the above pic.
Optional: To get the proper 'steak'/'roasted' look, use a baker's torch on the edges just to give the browned color.

Tastes fantastic! Melt in your mouth tender! VERY juicy as the juices stay in the bag with the steak.

Just be sure everything is the right temperature for at least the right length of time, as you don't want to 'under' cook it.
